Our products ensure that every component from the mobile device to network services, content services and 3rd parties are all 100% compatible with the mobile device being used by the subscriber, in order that content is sent to the mobile phone in the most appropriate format. This enables mobile operators to become better connected with their customers and in doing so increase customer satisfaction, increase productivity, increase revenue per customer and decrease operation costs.        

 

Our innovative software will detect all handset types on the network immediately. We determine in real-time the optimal service capabilities of each handset and whether a handset has been changed, which allows us to react swiftly and deliver services that are optimised for each user.
