Digicel Group selects Pervenio Automatic Service Activation Product for six additional markets
Digicel Group, the largest mobile operator in the Caribbean, has further extended its partnership with Pervenio by deploying the Pervenio Activator™ Automatic Service Activation Product, across a further six of its networks in the region: Dominica, Turks & Caicos, Bermuda, St. Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda and Anguilla. A total of 14 of Digicel’s GSM Networks now use the Prevenio Activator™
Pervenio's Activator™, provides a complete real-time visibility of service capabilities across total customer base at an individual customer level.
A more personalised level of service to its growing subscriber base will assist Digicel in driving increased usage of its range of data wireless services. The Caribbean operator has deployed the PervenioActivator™, to ensure any customer with a new mobile handset is instantly activated and able to use all of the compatible services.
