Pervenio Launch Version 3.0 of Reach Server Software

Pervenio, pioneer of mobile device detection solutions, today announced the latest release of its market leading Reach Server software to address Operators’ concern to ensure end to end data service activation for subscribers when mobile handsets are changed.
The Reach Server was first launched two years ago to address the need to minimize mobile operator customer care calls for manual activation when subscribers changed handset. Since then, the product has enjoyed considerable success in the marketplace, culminating in a number of deals in 2006 including an operator who has implemented the solution across many of its networks.
Reach Server 3.0 now has the capability to automatically provision services from the handset to the application in real time, providing the user with instant access to use all services when they change handset. Reach Server 3.0 also provides strategic marketing capabilities through detailed reports for the mobile operators senior management and product teams to assess current and new product uptake and positioning.
Reach Server 3.0 brings a number of key enhancements to market among them:
Manage sending of OTA provisioning settings directly to mobile devices
Backup and restore of mobile phone personal data
Management and Marketing reports on subscriber handset usage, changes and services.
